All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £100 which will secure the date, with the full balance due 1 month before your event. Cancellations within 28 days of the hire date will incur a charge of 50% of the full hire cost.
We attend events all over the UK with free travel to anywhere within a 20 mile radius of our base in Westbury. Additional miles will be charged at a rate of 40p per mile.
Please check with your venue that we are able to gain access to your intended serving area and that there is an electricity point that we can use.
We will require a 5'x8' serving area, and if served inside please check the doors are at least 36" wide for us to fit the bike through.
Let us know if there are any steps to negotiate (the fewer the better!). If so we may require assistance to manoeuvre the bike into position.
We will call the venue or events manager at least a week prior to the event to confirm these arrangements are in place.

Garbanzo’s Ice Cream Hire is fully insured with public liability insurance covering up to £5,000,000.
Equipment is regularly PAT tested.
Anyone selling/serving has the appropriate food hygiene certification.
