Staff rewards and engagement

Always great fun to be a part of, we have attended several fun days, summer parties, alumni events and B2B reward events in which the aim of the day is to let your hair down and for the brand to say a big thank you to its staff and contributors.  

 

These are often events in which family are invited to attend, creating a real feel good atmosphere amongst staff.  Clearly looked forward to by staff, events such as fun days, summer and Christmas parties often provide a highlight of the annual calendar.

 

Previous events include:

 

  •  Mulberry – We have been booked to attend the Mulberry summer party at their head office in Chilcompton, Somerset for the past four years from 2015-2018. Serving up to 700 members of staff, this is an extremely busy day and one of the highlights of our regular events.  It is also a brilliant example of an event in which Mulberry invest effort back into their staff and thank them for their hard work throughout the year.

 

  • Herman Miller – In 2017 and 2018, we had the pleasure of attending events at the Herman Miller offices in Chippenham and new factory in Melksham.  The high-end furniture manufacturer is another brilliant example of a company that fosters a great attitude towards its staff and alumni.  We served ice cream as a dessert option at an annual event for previous members of staff that are invited to come back together for the day, and then also at a busy lunch serving as a thank you to members of the manufacturing staff for surpassing targets at the new site in Melksham in 2018.

 

  • Alert Logic – having attended a previous event with the software company in 2016 as a thank you to one of their B2B clients with our branded ice cream bicycle and sweet carts, we were enlisted to attend a similar event in November 2018 at the Amazon head office in London.  We provided a branded sweet cart with a full assortment of sweet treats for staff to enjoy during a busy day of meetings and presentations which proved a popular way to raise the profile of the brand and say thank you to corporate partners.
